02/06/2016 Banana blueberries smoothie with baked oats

Oats in the morning, your fuel during the day!

Ingredients
1 banana
1 hand blueberries
3 table spoons rolled oats
1 table spoon coconut shred
1 table spoon pumpkin seeds
1 table spoon broken almonds
1 teaspoon honey

Pour the honey in a pan and bake the oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut shred and almonds. Bake till it’s brown.
Put the banana and blueberries in a blender (leave some on the side for topping) and blend till it’s smooth.
Scoop the banana mixture in a bowl, scoop the baked oats over it and topped with some banana slices and blueberries.
