Who said, poaching eggs is difficult. take a plastic wrap and do it easy way. Put some plastic in an glass, break an egg in it and twist a cord around it and boil for 5 minutes.
The nice thing of poaching is, you can flavor the egg before it’s cooked.

a tea spoon oregano
a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper
1 rice cracker
a few tin slices of red and yellow paprika
Poach the egg with the oregano, salt and pepper. put the paprika slices on the rice cracker and lay the egg on top, sprinkle some parsley over it and ready.
