I always make soup from left over veggies, this time with some paprika’s.
When you a bit in a hurry, make soup for lunch or dinner, this one was ready in 12 minutes.
1/5 red paprika
1/5 green paprika
1/5 yellow paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
300 ml boiled water
2 table spoons yoghurt
a little hand parsley
Slice the paprika, put some olive oil in a pan and add de paprika, pepper and salt. bake for 2 minutes. add water and boil for 8 min. Pour it in a blender and blend till it’s smooth.
at last add the parsley and yoghurt. enjoy!
