Buckwheat, pear, cinnamon. All ingredients for a propper fall breakfast.
For the pancake
150 ml milk
7 table spoons buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 table spoon honey
A few orange slices
Mix the ingredients for the pancake all trough each other.
Bake one large pancake in some sun flour oil.
Meanwhile, slice the pear in two and caramelized it in the honey.
Bake till the pancake is brown and the pear is soft and brown.
Put the pancake on a plate and lay the caramelized pear on top, top it of with the blueberries and orange.
