Some stuffed portobellos for lunch, I love it!

Ingredients
2 big portobellos
1/5 red paprika
1/5 egg plant
1 clove of garlic
1 sun dried tomato
Some goat cheese
Some fresh parsley

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees celsius. Put the portobellos in a baking tray. Slice the paprika and egg plant, add the garlic and some pepper and salt. Pour olive oil over it and then in the oven for 17 minutes. Slice the dried tomato, parsley and goat cheese. When the portobellos are ready top it with it!
