Smoothies are the best way to get your vitamins when your not have a lot of time. But they also delicious. So when you have the time, make them for all your friends and family ;)

Ingredients
2 oranges
15 grapes (without the pits)
1 big hand spinach
Juice from a half lemon
50 ml water

Blend till it’s smooth and ready!
