Chocolate for breakfast, always a good idea!
1 table spoon cacao powder
A pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
Little hand pecan nuts
1 piece dark chocolate
Put the banana, egg, cacao, some pecan nuts, honey and cinnamon in the food processor. Mix till it’s smooth.
Bake four pancakes from the mixture. Put the pancakes on a plate, slice the pear and put it on top of it. At last sprinkle some chocolate flakes and broken pecan nuts on your breakfast.
