14/06/2016 mushroom, beetroot lentil salad


150 gram lentils
2 cooked beetroots
70 gram feta cheese
10 big mushrooms
1 spring union
1 big hand rocket salad

Put the lentils on a plate, slice the mushrooms and bake till they brown. Slice the beetroots and spring onion. Cover the lentils with the mushrooms, beetroots and spring onions. Crumble the feta cheese over it and pour some rocket salad over it.
For the dressing use juice of half a lemon, 1 table spoon olive oil and some dried oregano. Pour it over the salad
