Who doesn’t loves ice cream on a hot summer day! It’s easy to buy some, but you can also make a healthier version your own.
Ingredients for the popsicle
150 ml coconut milk
2 teaspoons agave sirup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients in the food processor, stir till it’s smooth. Filled up four popsicle molds and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Ingredients for the swirl
4 squares dark chocolate
1 little hand frozen raspberries
1 little hand pecan nuts
Melt the chocolate au Bain Marie, make the raspberries and pecan nuts fine in the food processor.
Take the popsicles out of the fridge, put them on a plate and swirl some chocolate over it. Then pour the raspberries and pecan nuts over it. Enjoy!
