14/09/2016 Japanese inspired trout salad

I love Japanese food and I’m gonna tell you I’m not very good in Japanese cooking. So I can not say that it is Japanese salad, but it’s definitely inspired by it. ;)

Ingredients
1 big hand mixed salad
1/4 cucumber
1/4 red onion
1/5 avocado
75 gram smocked trout
A few slices red pepper
1 table spoon yoghurt
1 tea spoon wasabi
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Slice the cucumber and red onion, season it with the soy sauce. Slice the avocado and trout and put it on top of the salad.
Mix the wasabi trough the yoghurt and pour it over the salad, top it with a few slices pepper and sesame seeds.

Lunch is ready!
