14/09/2016 Superfood chocolate bar


I love chocolate. It’s not healthy at all and most of the time is filled with lots of sugar. I tried to make a healtyer version and I think it worked out pretty well!

1 little very dark chocolate bar
1 table spoon goji berries
1 table spoon mulberries
A little hand almond
A little hand cashews
Some chocolate powder

Melt the chocolate bar au Bain Marie and break the nuts. When the chocolate is melt, pour it on a flat plate. Sprinkle the nuts and berries over it and push them in to the chocolate. Put it on the fridge for at least 4 hours.
When the chocolate is hard again, break it and sprinkle some chocolate powder over it!
