The perfectly scrambled eggs.
1 hand spinach
2 strings spring onions
4 little sweet tomatoes
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 rice crackers
Put the spinach and spring onions with some salt and pepper in the food processor, cut it till you have little pieces.
Scramble the eggs together with the spinach mixture, bake till the egg is cooked.
Meanwhile cut the tomatoes in the food processor together with the balsamic vinegar.
Put the two rice crackers on a plate, scoop some scrambled eggs on it and top it with tomato salsa.
