Starting today with this super fruity breakfast. I love summer fruit, I always have a lot in the freezer, so I can eat it all year long.
1 hand fresh blueberries
1 hand frozen raspberries
4 fresh strawberries
150 gram yoghurt
Put all the fruits in de food processor (left a few fruits on the side for topping), make sure one of the ingredients is frozen. I choose for raspberries. If one of them is frozen it gives it a little icing touch.
Make sure, you’re only cut the fruits instead of making a smoothie.
Than grab a glass or an empty jam jar and make layers. Yoghurt, fruit, yoghurt, fruit etc.
for topping use the fruits you left on the side in de beginning.
