17/07/2016 Potato salad with smocked salmon and green asparagus

Ingredients
500 gram small potatoes
250 gram smocked salmon
4 table spoons yoghurt
1 spring onion
1 little hand fresh dill
3 small pickles
300 gram green asparagus
1/5 lemon

Cooked the potatoes 15 minutes and the asparagus 6 minutes. When the potatoes are ready slice them all in four pieces. Mix the potatoes with the yoghurt add the dill, spring union, pickles and juice of the half lemon. Add some salt and pepper. Put some salad on a plate pour the salmon in parts over it and put the asparagus on the side.
Your summer dinner is ready, Yummy!
