Hungry between your breakfast and lunch, eat a granola bar!
This is an amazing snack to still your hungry feeling.
3 mejoul dates
3 table spoons rolled oats
1 hand mixed nuts
1 table spoon honey
25 gram dark chocolate
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees celsius. Put the dates, oats, nuts and honey in the food processor, mix till you have very small pieces.
Make first a ball of it with your hands, then put in on a baking tray covered in baking paper. Make a square from the Ball, it has to be 2 cm tick. Slice 4 bars from it and
put it in the oven for 8 minutes.
Melt the chocolate au Bain Marie, when the bars are out of the oven. Pour the melted chocolate over it. Then leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
