21/07/2016 Oat nut crumble topped with raspberry sauce yoghurt and summer fruit


A real summer breakfast!

1 little hand mixed nuts
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons oats
1 hand frozen raspberries
Some yoghurt
For topping some summer fruit

Chopped the nuts, mixed them with the oats and roast them with the honey in a pan till it’s brown.
Meanwhile put the raspberries in a other pan on low fire and stir till it’s a sauce
Put the nut mixture on the bottom of a bowl, the raspberry sauce on top then the yoghurt and on top the fruits.
