Hazelnut chocolate rocks, the best with a big cup of tea!
5 big mejool dates
3 table spoons chocolate powder
A pinch vanilla extract
3 table spoons hazelnuts
Put the dates, vanilla extract and chocolate powder in the food processor. Mix till you get a sticky ball. Break the hazelnuts, till it’s almost powder. Leave 6 whole nuts on the site.
Make 6 little balls from the dates with a whole hazelnut inside. Roll them trough the broken hazelnuts and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
