28/07/2016 peanut butter energy rocks

Sometimes you need some energy, for example on a long work day or before your workout.

Ingredients
3 mejool dates
1 hand hand mixed nuts (I used almonds, walnuts and cashews)
3 table spoons oatmeal
2 table spoons peanut butter
3 table spoons pumpkin seats
A pinch vanilla powder

Cut the nuts in small pieces and mix them with the oatmeal, vanilla powder and pumpkin seats.
Put the dates in a food processor, mix till it’s sticky and forms a ball. Put the date mixture and peanut butter in a pan on low fire. Mix till it’s smooth. Stir the rest of the ingredients trough and make little balls of it. Leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

It’s enough for 6 balls, enjoy!
