29/06/2016 Cherry coconut porridge with a chocolate swirl


You may notice already that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

Ingredients for porridge
150 ml coconut milk
100 gram oats
50 gram raw cashews (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
12 cherries
1 teaspoon agave sirup

Mix all the ingredients, blend it and leave it for the night.

Ingredients for topping
4 cherries
1 apricot
2 squares dark chocolate

The next morning.
Melt the chocolate au Bain Marie. Meanwhile, slice the cherries and apricot and put on top of the porridge. Then swirl the chocolate over it and ready.
