30/06/2016 paprika bulgur salad with lime and mint

This is the best summer salad you ever tasted.

Ingredients
150 gram bulgur
1/5 lime
1 spring union
1 sweet paprika
1 hand pistachios
50 gram feta cheese
1 pomegranate
20 mint leaves
Some salt and pepper

Cook the bulgur. Slice the paprika and grill the pieces till brown. Meanwhile slice the spring union, feta and mint leaves. Roast the pistachios and take the kernels out of the pomegranate.
When the bulgur is cooked, wash it of with cold water. Mix all the ingredients trough the bulgur (leave the paprika on the side) squeeze the juice from the lime over it add some salt and pepper lay the roasted paprika on top and ready!
