30/09/2016 Bulgur stuffed zucchini


Stuffed veggies out of the oven, you can variate so much with it.
This time zucchini on the menu!

1 zucchini
1 sweet paprika
1/5 union
2 strings celery
1 tomato
150 gram panga filet
100 gram bulgur
1 clove garlic

For the dressing
50 gram yoghurt
12 mint leaves

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees celsius. Slice the veggies, except the zucchini. Put them in a pan with some oil and sliced garlic. Bake the veggies till they lite brown and soft. Cook the bulgur for 8 minutes. Slice the fish and scoop it trough the veggies, bake again till the fish is cooked. Scoop the bulgur trough.
Slice the zucchini, scoop the pits and the soft part out it it. Lay them in a oil covered baking tray and filled it up with the bulgur mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile slice the mint real small and scoop it trough the yoghurt.

When the zucchini’s are ready, pour the dressing over it and ready.
